Ingredients
4pieces of Eggs🥚
Cracked in a bowl and whisked to break up with, 2 tablespoons of water.
500-650g sweet potato cut into thick 2inch Sticks (cooked till done with a bit of resistance to its touch as it cools down, it would be perfectly soft and not too soft to coat for frying)
Oil for Deep frying
Seasoned Flour
* 1.5 cup all purpose flour
* 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
* 2 Tablespoon ground black pepper
* 2 Tablespoon all purpose seasoning
* 2 Tablespoon chicken seasoning powder (preferably an MSG free one)
* 2 Tablespoon Italian seasoning (optional)
* 1 Tablespoon sea salt
Smoked Turkey Sauce
* 2 Large Tomatoes 🍅
* 2 Large Scotch bonnet chilies 🌶
* 1 small red onions 🧅 or Half a large one
* 1 large green pepper 🫑 (reserve some for garnish)
* 2 cloves of garlic 🧄 crushed
* 2 Tablespoon white pepper
* 1 Tablespoon chicken seasoning
* 1.5 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
* 2-3 Tablespoon vegetable oil
* 1 cup chopped smoked turkey. Note: (you can also use chicken) but check for salt level for seasoning sake
HOW TO
Combine the ingredients for the seasoned flour as place the egg next to it.
Dip the cooked sweet potato first in the seasoned flour then in the egg then back into the flour, then into the eggs again then a final flour coat.
Once ready deep fry in a light oil at about 180-200C. Fry till golden brown. It should come out nice and crispy.

In a hot pan, fry the pepper mix for about 6mins then add the seasonings, cook till reduced by half, then add the smoked turkey and finish with a final garnish of diced green pepper
